Biography
Carli M. Marshall graduated from the University of New Mexico (Bachelor’s and Master’s in Accounting), and from the University of New Mexico School of Law. She began practicing law in Trust and Estate Litigation at Hurley, Toevs, Styles, Hamblin & Panter, P.A. Her trust and estate litigation work focused primarily on plaintiffs and also involved adult guardianship cases. Developing a desire to engage in more defense work, Ms. Marshall left the Hurley firm and continued her career at Sheehan & Sheehan, P.A., where she focused on insurance defense and construction law. Ms. Marshall continued expanding on her experience at Lasater & Martin, P.C., where she opened and operated their New Mexico branch. During her time with L&M, a majority of her practice consisted of construction defect litigation. Ms. Marshall brings her experience and passion to Cuddy & McCarthy, L.L.P., where she continues her civil litigation practice. Ms. Marshall is a member of the New Mexico Women’s Bar Association, and the New Mexico Defense Lawyer’s Association.
