Joseph R. Stevens II is an Associate Attorney at Cuddy & McCarthy, LLP. Mr. Stevens graduated cum laude from the University New Mexico School of Law in May 2020. After graduation, Mr. Stevens worked as a Law Clerk for the New Mexico Court of Appeals for the Honorable Judge and now Justice Briana H. Zamora.

During law school, Mr. Stevens served as a clinical law student with the University of New Mexico School of Law Economic Justice Clinic. Additionally, Mr. Stevens clerked at multiple prestigious firms and clerked for the United States Attorney’s office for the District of New Mexico in the Narcotics section of the Criminal Division. Mr. Stevens has a B.A. in Political Science and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of New Mexico.

Mr. Stevens is a native New Mexican and loves to serve his home. As part of this service, Mr. Stevens actively volunteers within the community at foodbanks, non-profits, and homeless shelters. Mr. Stevens also serves on the Board of the New Mexico Chapter of the Federal Bar Association.
