Scott Beckman is an Associate Attorney at Cuddy & McCarthy, LLP.  Mr. Beckman received two Bachelor of Arts in the fields of Philosophy and Anthropology from Transylvania University (2010) and his Juris Doctor from the University of New Mexico School of Law (2014).  He is a licensed member of the New Mexico State Bar Association and a member of the Young Lawyers Division of the New Mexico State Bar.  Mr. Beckman has experience in the fields of collections, consumer law, business law, estate planning, probate, general civil Litigation, real estate law and property law with an emphasis on the representation of Homeowners Associations.
