Marsha A. Aitken is a paralegal at Cuddy & McCarthy, LLP in Santa Fe.  She received a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Iowa in 1970, and a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Chicago in 1973.

Marsha worked for a number of years as a psychiatric social worker in Iowa and New York.  She also worked with a non-profit earthquake organization in California and a computer uptime business in New Mexico.  Most recently, Marsha worked for the Rubin Katz Law Firm in Santa Fe from 2005-2013, and at Cuddy & McCarthy, LLP since 2013, primarily in the areas of real estate, estate planning and probates.
